Situé dans un immeuble de 1870, l'appartement de 95 m2 comporte de belles hauteurs de plafond et des moulures.

 

Il comprend un grand séjour/salle à manger de 40m2 et 8 portes/fenêtres donnant sur un balcon.

Un parquet flottant a été posé il y a 10 ans.


 

 

 

Vous êtes à 3 mn du métro Jean Jaurès  (ligne 10).


 

 

Vue imprenable sur le bois de Boulogne et la Défense.
