Café de l'Industrie

There is no better way to get a taste of real Parisian life than to spend some time in this café,  something of an institution in Bastille quartier. Off the beaten track for tourists, it draws in a steady flow of motly Parisians. The food is basic and reasonably priced, but the ambiance is worth the detour. 

One of the largest and most reknown outdoor markets (Bastille – Richard Lenoir) takes place on Thursday and Saturday mornings right next door to this restaurant.
