The security deposit is intended to cover any costs related to damages to the accommodation. Homeowner insurance is there to cover the exceptional costs of fire or water dammage, or infraction. If you as a host are faced with costs above and beyond those covered by the security deposit and additional insurance, we will offer you an indemnity equal to the remaining costs, limited to four times the price per night.

The cash back scheme compensates your loyalty to ParisSharing in terms of number of nights of rental using our website. You will be entitled to a rebate of 25% on all commissions paid for each night of rental between 30 and 120 nights per year. You will be entitled to a rebate of 50% on all commissions paid for each night of rental above 120 nights.

If you arrange for a home exchange, and your home exchange partner cancels or changes plans so that the exchange is no longer possible for you, we will reimburse you the amount of your subscription at the end of your subscription period, provided you have not arranged for another home exchange. This offer is valid for an exchange with another PariSharing member who also has a paid subscription. The party who cancels does not receive any reimbursement.
