A few words from the host
Very chic in the heart of the Marais, just around the block from the famous Place des Vosges. This plush apartment for two tastefully embeds contemporary design within a 17th-century building with its wooden ceiling beams. Every detail has been considered to provide you an unbeatable, 4 star experience in the heart of the Marais. All furnishings have been tailor-made to optimize space and comfort in this “suite for two”. Polished ceramic tables from Lisbon, bathroom trimmings from Italy, dark hardwood floors made of African wood, electrical outlets that only pop-out on demand, towel heaters, Italian-tiled “rain shower” with room to dance, moveable flat-screen televisions in each room. Examine the photos carefully and you will observe that nothing has been left to chance. Still hesitating? Compare the price of this apartment to a 3 star hotel on the very same street (advertising a deluxe two bedroom suite with no kitchen/dining room for 253€/night).
Reviews
Overall the location and facilities of the flat were great, particularly liked the large shower room. Sometimes noisy outside when the windows are open because of the bar across the street and rubbish collection in the mornings.

We had a lovely time in Paris, thanks to our apartment and our ParisSharing host. The apartment met our expectations, was in a lovely location and although small, had all of the amenities we were looking for. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Paris.

ParisSharing made the entire experience of renting this apartment superior to other agencies we have used in the past. From addressing my pre-reservation questions, to making the reservation itself, to greeting us and meeting us on departure, the service was excellent.
This apartment is very well-situated in the Marais near the St. Paul metro, stylishly modern, and tidy. It is a serene environment to return to after a day wandering the city. Everything seemed very new and worked perfectly, and it was not cluttered up with personal belongings as some other vacation rentals are.

Whether you enjoy losing yourself in long medeival streets, admiring art and architecture of across the centuries, or discovering the most trendy shops and restaurants, Le Marais is always worth a day, each and every time you come to Paris. In fact, the area is so astonishingly endowed that you can come back to exactly the same street time and time again. You are sure to notice some ornament of history for the first time, or some new shop selling a new form of artistic expression. If your trip to Paris had taken place in the 17th century, le Marais would have been a must. Henri IV and the aristocracy were all here, and their vestiges are still to been seen, not only at the Royal Square (today known as Place des Vosges) but in the magnificent town houses of old (hôtels particuliers). Their courtyards, as grand as those of many a palace, are full of pillars, arches, balconies and gardens.
