A few words from the host
Our studio is very conveniently located in the center of Paris (Beaubourg / Marais area) , right next to the « Pompidou modern art museum » and close to other major touristic attractions.
A 10min walk from « Notre Dame », « Louvre museum », « Opera », major departmets stores….the studio is also located at the intersection of many subways and RER lines, with direct trains from Charlles De Gaulle Airport.
Rue Rambuteau in the Marais ss known for its numerous specialty shops. You'll find many good restaurants, bakeries, butchers, and green grocers.
There is also a " Velib " bicycle rental station right opposite the front door, for your ultimate transportation convenience.
Portrait and Reviews
The apartment is centrally and conveniently located, but it's very quiet. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Everything functioned very well.
Franck, the landlord was very nice and responsive to all of our requests. Can't find a better place to stay with that price.

The location is excellent. So many cafes and patisseries nearby and easy walking distance to most of the sites. We felt very secure in the apartment. The modern elevator was a treat at the end of a long day of sightseeing. The bathtub with shower was great with a strong flow and plenty of hot water.
The owners, Franck and Sue were very gracious and helpful. There was no problem meeting up with them when we arrived and getting situated in the apartment. Sue was right on time to check us out and collect the key. She even waited with us for our driver to arrive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.

The owners, Franck, Suying and her brother, are very nice and helpful. Franck answered my email questions promptly and we met Suying and her brother during our stay. They are friendly, and after the check-out, her brother even walked us to the Metro and showed us directions.
The neighborhood is quiet and it is convenient to go shopping nearby and take public transportation.
Le Marais
Whether you enjoy losing yourself in long medeival streets, admiring art and architecture of across the centuries, or discovering the most trendy shops and restaurants, Le Marais is always worth a day, each and every time you come to Paris. In fact, the area is so astonishingly endowed that you can come back to exactly the same street time and time again. You are sure to notice some ornament of history for the first time, or some new shop selling a new form of artistic expression. If your trip to Paris had taken place in the 17th century, le Marais would have been a must. Henri IV and the aristocracy were all here, and their vestiges are still to been seen, not only at the Royal Square (today known as Place des Vosges) but in the magnificent town houses of old (hôtels particuliers). Their courtyards, as grand as those of many a palace, are full of pillars, arches, balconies and gardens.
