A few words from the host
This studio is located in central Paris, at 10-15 min walk from Opera, Louvre and Les Halles districts, and 2 minutes from Montorgueil and Rue Montmartre, the famous pedestrian areas with plenty of lovely terraces and all commodities needed such supermarkets, fish stores, cheese shops, wine shops, flower shops, bakeries or restaurants.
Access to Sentier station (line 3) is also 100m from the building.
In brief, no waste of time in transportation, enjoy your strolls in a trendy and safe area of Paris !
The studio is 33 sqm, clean, with simple decoration and quiet. My wife and I are living in the same building. We will be pleased to welcome you and make sure you enjoy your stay !
Reviews
Merci!

It was our first trip to Paris and this studio worked out perfectly for the two of us. The location was great, the metro station is right around the corner and within a 15 minute walk to the Louvre. The neighborhood is very safe and charming with cafes, markets and cute boutiques. Frederic and his wife Shiho are very hospitable and very helpful. When we arrived they provided us with information about the city and a metro map. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the apartment the morning we departed and gave us details about how to take the RER to and from the airport. We totally enjoyed our stay and just wish we could have stayed longer than one week.

Bourse - Opéra
The 2nd arrondissement is one of the smallest, most dense, and least know districts in Paris. If you're not careful, you hardly know when you've entered and departed. Rather appropriately, you can consider this neighborhood as a passage (it is in fact replete with historical passages). But if you're not in a mad rush to get from Montmartre to the Louvre, spend some time strolling through the hidden passages and numerous pedestrian streets. Stop for lunch (or dinner) as this neighborhood offers great value and variety. To discover the best it has to offer, we recommend one of two itineraries, depending on where you're going and where you're coming from.
The first one goes between Opéra and the centre Pompidou (metro Etienne Marcel). Here you'll want to make sure you have set foot on the streets named Sainte Anne, Montorgueil, Montmartre and Ticquetonne. You will also take care to uncover at least two passages (galeries) such as the Galerie Vivienne and the passage du Grand Cerf.
The second itinerary runs from the Palais Royal to the Grands Boulevards. Exit the Palais Royal on the north side, take a left on the rue des Petits-Champs, and welcome to Japan in the heart of Paris ! It's a good place to be if you have a hearty appetite and an empty bank account. Far from the sushi traps you'll find elsewhere in the city, the eateries here offer authentic traditiional Japanese soups and noodles. Here, you need not worry about your French being limited!
To continue the 2nd itinerary, take a right from the rue des Petits-Champs when you get to the Passage Choiseuil, which will take you to the rue Saint Augustin. Take a right, then a right again on the rue Sainte Anne. Walk a few meters then take a left and pay a visit to the beautiful and little known Fontaine Louvois, representing the four major rivers of France. Continue on to the Bourse (stock market) and finish off your discovery of the 2nd arrondissement with a stroll through the passage des Panoramas.
