A few words from the host

Jaurès Metro Station is 5 mn by foot (lines 2 and 5) - Gares du Nord and Gare de l'Est 10 mn by rail - All shops & services you can name, cinemas, parks (green areas) and cultural activities nearby.

Dogs and cats are welllllcomed !

Wifi is avalaible. Main cleaning and clothes washing are taken care of. Food is not included except on certain days or occasions, surprise !

The private bedroom has a single bed, a designer's beautiful oak table and chairs, lots of racks and shelves, original paintings and mirror on the walls, and a huge window to look at trees. You can even touch their leaves………

The main room is where I sleep and teach yoga, it also has a loggia.

The whole apartment (50 sq meters) is clean and quiet, soundproof, it has 1 main room, 1 very private bedroom, a full-equiped and very convenient kitchen, modern bathroom and separate toilet, nice entrance and a small hallway that leads to the room... There is also an underground parking lot if needed.

It is located between bassin de la Villette/canal Saint-Martin and Buttes-Chaumont, also 2 small kilometers away from arty places like the 104 and prestigious parc de la Villette !!! Welcome...

Rent a room… and do yoga no extra charge! This offer is available only Friday night/Saturday morning ! Rest of the time the room is available, without the yoga but always within wellness ! 

La Villette - Buttes Chaumont

Paris offers many faces, and the 19th is one of the most contrasting and least well known. Shunned by tourists and even some Parisians, the 19th has at least two features worth discovering: La Vilette and les Buttes Chaumont.

La Vilette park offers strikingly modern architecture, spacious playgrounds for children, cultural and scientific exhibits...and instead of the Seine, the St. Martin canal and the Ourq canal. The contrast with the historical Paris center is unmistakable, yet it is only La Vilette is only fifteen minutes away by metro.

Haussmann created the Buttes Chaumont as a romantic park featuring a large rocky cliff with a 32 meter waterfall plunging into a circular lake. On top of the cliff is the Sybille temple,  modeled after the ancient Roman Temple of Sybil in Tivoli, Italy. The park also boasts a grotto, a 63 meter-long suspension bridge and the 'suicide bridge' which is more than 30m (98 ft) above ground le vel. The park's 5km (3 miles) of walks also lead you past lawns and a large variety of plants and trees.
