A few words from the host

Our fully equiped apartment is a 2 rooms-flat (1BR) of about 45 m2 (485sqf) located in Montmartre, just opposite to the Church of the Sacred Heart (Sacré Coeur). The area is very touristic (old montmartre, district of abbesses) and it is near the metro abesses, Lamarck and chateau rouge. All Paris is easy to access by public transportation! A living room with a small sofa, two armchairs, and a folding dining table, a kitchenette. Amazing view on the Parisian roofs. A large room, double bed for two adults. Possibility to install a cot child bed (not supplied!). Amazing view on the Sacré Coeur Church. A bathroom with shower. WLAN - and laptop if needed - available. For further questions, pls feel free to ask!

Montmartre

Once upon a time there was a hill covered with vineyards and vine-covered thatch-roof abodes and...some forty windmills. The village looking down upon the city of lights was annexed by that city in 1860, but never entirely lost its village charm. Painters and poets flocked there up until the great war: Renoir, Apollinaire, Utrillo, Toulouse-Lautrec, and Picasso. Still today, with millions of tourists flowing through the Sacre-Coeur and the Place de Tertre, Montmartre remains something of a secret hideaway for those who take the time to explore its thousands of steps  and cobble-stone streets. Paris is the most visited city in the world, and Montmartre is likely the most visited village.
