Entirely refurbished and in July 2010, our stunning studio is located in the 17th arrondissement near the Ternes square and Champs Elysées. The neighborhood is calm and very safe. The studio features high-quality amenities including a "rain shower", ceramic hobs, cold door oven, washing machine & dryer, refrigerator, freezer, flat screen TV, Nespresso Krups coffee machine.

The neighborhood offers an abundance of eateries and shops near the Ternes market and Poncelet market.  Very chic shopping on the nearby rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré.

Easy access to the center Paris, witha bus stop just a minute a way that takes you to the Champs-Elysée in 6 minutes. From there you can take M1 to the Louvre. Otherwise, you can 5 min walk to the nearest metro and RER station (Pereire M3 - RER line C) which takes you directly to the Marais, or to the Eiffel tower in 20 min. You can also walk 7 min to the station Ternes (M2) that takes you Montmatre in 15 min, or to the station Porte Maillot (M1) that runs through the center of Paris.  The studio is also ideally located for business guests, with only 10-15 minutes on the RER to la Défense and Opéra business districts.

We absolutely loved our stay in the 17th arrondissement. After a week of traveling, it was so so nice to be able to relax in our very own apartment in Paris! The location was convenient and a very safe, upscale neighborhood. The amenities were all brand new. We were very pleased using Paris-sharing.com as well.
