Neuilly-sur-Seine is the most upscale Paris suburb, for all practical purposes annexed into the city of Paris. You can even pick up a Vélib (public bike rental) for a ride down the Champs-Elysées! There is also a vibrant local life, with a large and very divers street market just around the corner, and a pedestrian street replete with typical Parisian merchants.

This apartment is a rare find for those looking for a very quiet and peaceful place, set just behind the roar of the prime parisian avenue that traces a straight line from place de la Concorde to the skyscrapers of La Défense.
