Vacation Rental by Owner

We provide rentals for short stays, from two nights to three months, with pricing adjusted accordingly. Our vacation rentals are direct by owner, referring to entirely private, self-catering apartments or houses. In most cases, the homes are lived-in and made available to travelers while the owners are away. In some cases, the apartments are secondary homes. We simplify the rental process by handling the reservation and payment online.

Home Exchange

Home exchange is the most economical vacation solution for all parties involved. The only difficulty is finding the right exchange partner in the right place at the right time. That is why we are making it possible for you as travelers and owners to keep your options open. Maybe you'll find a great exchange partner thanks to PariSharing. But if you don't find anyone in Paris who wants to swap with your modest home in suburbia, then you can always fall back on rental.

If you are traveling alone or as a couple, a Bed & Breakfast is a wonderful way to travel on a budget. Our site lists not only official Bed & Breakfast (registered establishments), but also guest rooms (without breakfast). For those who live in an apartment or townhouse with extra rooms, this is a great way to earn a little extra money and meet people from all over the world.

ParisSharing has a lot in common with CouchSurfing, but is more tailored to travelers who would like more privacy, more comfort, more security, or who worry about feeling obliged to their hosts. This is likely to be the case for many couples and families. It may feel good to go for free, but it can also feel good to know that you are compensating someone fairly for the use of their home, and that both parties are clearly benefiting.
