Our vacation rentals are direct by owner. This category of accommodation refers to entirely private apartments or houses, in contrast to B&B.; In most cases, the homes are lived-in and made available to travelers while the owners are away. We simplify the vacation rental process by handling the reservation and payment online.

Home exchange is the most economical vacation solution for all parties involved. The only difficulty is finding the right exchange partner in the right place at the right time. That is why we are making it possible for you as travelers and owners to keep your options open. Maybe you'll find a great exchange partner thanks to PariSharing. But if you don't find anyone in Paris who wants to swap with your modest home in suburbia, then you can always fall back on rental.
